TITLE: Radio and
 Social Media Intern, Wisconsin Public Radio

LOCATION: UW-Madison
 Campus, Vilas Hall

POSITION SUMMARY:
 Serve as Production Assistant at
 Wisconsin Public Radio for The Midday, University of the Air, and Old-Time
 Radio Drama. This position is under the supervision of Norman Gilliland.

HOURS: 5 to 10 hours per week.

This position
 offers a somewhat flexible schedule.

REPRESENTATIVE
 DUTIES:

1. From
    12:25-1:00 p.m. up to three days a week, answer the FM studio quiz line for The
   Midday.
2. Assist
    with live performances and interviews.
3. Update
    web pages and Facebook pages as needed for Midday, University of the Air, and
    Old-Time Radio Drama.
4. Assist
   in production of live drama broadcasts.
5. Other
   duties as assigned.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

1. Work independently to complete
   assignments with little or no assistance on individual tasks.
2. Update websites and social
   media sites with engaging content two or three times a week.
