EM Search Consulting is a Chicago based digital marketing agency specializing in search engine optimization, pay per click advertising, display advertising, web development, social media development and much more. EM Search Consulting works with over 50 businesses that range from local to national companies. Each client has a unique program as prescribed by EM Search Consulting and our interns will get an opportunity to explore their strengths through many different capacities ranging from web design to social media to branding and more. Furthermore, each intern will get an opportunity to work in a growing organization that has more than tripled in size in the past year. Well preforming interns will have a great chance of being hired and get an opportunity to do work that directly impacts our clients.
POSITION OVERVIEW
The digital marketing internship is an unpaid position with the potential of becoming full time. He or she will be responsible for the following:
- Creating content for different clients’ social pages such as Facebook, Twitter and Google+
- Creating blog content for clients
- Email campaigns
- Submitting clients into online directories
- Generating client reports each month
- Analytics diagnostics
- Google Adwords/ Google Adsense
- Other tasks as needed
REQUIREMENTS
- College student or graduate with relevant major (Marketing, Communications, Journalism)
- Knowledgeable and active in all kinds of social media
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Interest in digital marketing
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Ability to multitask
- Organized and creative
