Marketing Copywriting Intern

Days: Flexible between  Monday - Friday
The Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) department at the Wisconsin School of Business (WSB)  is seeking a Marketing Copywriting Intern to assist with copywriting for marketing collateral, such as ads, brochures, flyers, programs and email communications.  Additional responsibilities include writing news stories for the WSB web site as needed.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to convey concepts into accessible information for target audiences, and the ability to write persuasive and compelling copy appropriate for the vehicle. Candidates must be strong in grammar, punctuation and be fluent in AP style for news writing. Additionally, candidates should be able to work with minimal supervision, have a great attention to detail and conduct themselves in a professional manner.
Candidate must be a current UW student. The candidate should be able to work 10-15 hours a week during the school year, and up to 20 hours/week during the summer.  Must have 2014 summer availability.
