CBMint is a fast growing e-commerce startup looking for creative and motivated self-starters to join our team for the Summer of 2014. Founded by UW-Madison grads, CBMint is re-inventing precious metals retail for the internet and mobile age. We’re looking for someone with an entrepreneurial attitude who can bring fresh, creative ideas to help support our growth.
This opportunity is based in Madison, WI, or remote.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning overall marketing strategy for the CBMint brand and e-commerce site
- Create, improve, and evaluate social media, search engine, display, and email marketing campaigns
- Work with content creation team to hone marketing message and effectively reach our customer base
- Manage marketing budget efficiently and effectively while reaching aggressive growth targets
Minimum Qualifications:
- An interest in marketing
- Ability to learn quickly
- Ability to juggle multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment
- An intuitive eye for design
Preferred Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a bachelors/masters program for marketing or business
- Previous marketing internship/work experience preferred
- Familiarity with social media and PPC advertising
- Design skills, Photoshop experience a plus
- Working knowledge of Excel spreadsheets a plus
- Precious metals industry domain knowledge a plus
