Job Overview
Hiebing is seeking an intern to join the Client Service team. The intern position is an integral part of the department and will act as ground support in the development and execution of client- and agency-related marketing plans. The position requires between 12-20 hours per week. It is intended to give bright, curious individuals real world/real time experience in a creatively charged business. Hiebing is a place for life-affirming career development and growth — your voice will be heard. This paid internship is available to current college students only.
Job Description
Duties/Responsibilities:
▪ Take leadership for effective and timely fulfillment of client and agency projects
▪ Provide support to Client Service team on the execution of marketing plans
▪ Collaborate in the development of clear and compelling target-focused communications
▪ Aid in secondary research for planning/development
▪ Add value to marketing planning and projects by contributing creative ideas and observations
▪ Demonstrate strong attention to detail and insatiable curiosity
▪ Collaborate effectively as a team member with the Client Service department and other agency associates
