Scheduled Days & Hours:
Part-time; Monday-Friday 7:45AM-12:30PM
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required; successful completion of seminars/courses in administrative or business curriculum preferred.
Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills required; must be able to communicate effectively in person and by telephone; strong problem solving abilities; high work ethics and standards; strong organization and time management skills; ability to multi-task; strong detail orientation; computer proficiency including knowledge of Microsoft Office software applications.
Experience:
Prior receptionist or customer service experience preferred; prior working experience with multi-line phone system preferred.
Duties:
Answers phones, direct calls to appropriate person or department; greet and screen all visitors; distribute prizes to contest winners; provide administrative support to departments as needed.
