1. WKOWTV Madison: Part-time video editor. The person will edit news stories for our weekend morning newscasts web and mobile news platforms. This position is normally scheduled for 10 hours each weekend and is ideal for those who have completed coursework (419?) or internship that would qualify them for the position. Ideal candidates are well versed in editing with AVID Newscutters, are creative self starters who work well with minimum supervision, adapt to flexible schedules, tasking ownership and thrive in a deadline driven breaking news environment.
At a minimum, applicants must be enrolled in a college program leading to a degree in broadcast journalism or a related multimedia field. This is also a company that owns other media--meaning internal opportunities are available for professional growth.

2. WISC-TV, Madison: Assoc. News Producer. This person assists with the morning show. This is a 20 hour per week position (1-5 AM). The Assoc. Prod. is responsible for assisting with the gathering, writing and editing of conent for on air broacast as well as content for the Web/mobile devices. This position works closely with the other producers, anchors, and morning show staff members in the planning, preparation and execution of a daily show this is complelling and interesting. Will also occasionally booth produce the morning news in the absence of the regular show producer.
