Bethany United Methodist Church is currently looking for a Social Media Consultant. This position is part-time, requiring five hours per week, typically one hour per day each weekday. The expectation is for the incumbent to work at the Bethany office at 3910 Mineral Point Road on a regular schedule. The position will pay $12 per hour with no fringe benefits.
The successful candidate for this position is creative, a good listener, possesses excellent written communication skills, is intimately familiar with and comfortable on Facebook, knows digital media and video editing software, has experience creating a blog or similar presence on behalf of another client, possesses good proofreading and editing skills, brings enthusiasm and energy to Bethany’s mission, enjoys participating in a team effort, is able to meet deadlines, and has the ability to implement strategies that are part of a larger plan.
