Part-Time Marketing Intern

Gillware Inc. recovers data from failed hardware — from corporate servers to laptop computers and smart phones. We are an established industry leader and are rapidly growing due the success of strategic planning and the development of software to aid in data recovery and protection.

Gillware Data Services LLC is the developer and provider of cloud-based secure data backup solutions for consumers and small businesses.  Gillware Online Backup helps our customers protect their critical digital assets in the event of fire, flood, hurricane, tornado, and theft by transferring their data securely over the internet to one of Gillware’s datacenters.

We are based in Madison, Wisconsin and are looking for a part-time Marketing Intern to write copy for both Gillware Inc. and Gillware Data Services LLC.   If you desire a dynamic, high-tech environment and are intrinsically motivated to employ creative marketing strategies, Gillware is the place for you!

Responsibilities for this position include:

• Develop product positioning and messaging to differentiate Gillware’s products and services in the market.
• Develop internal messaging to cross-sell our products and services to customers.
• Collaborate with the Development team to communicate product updates and releases both internally and externally.
• Write a monthly content rich blog.
• Write copy for external pieces, including blogs, webinars, website content, videos, case studies, and whitepapers.

• Pursuing a degree in Journalism                                                                      ●    Flexible, 20 hours per week,

8 am – 5 pm

COMPENSATION:

• $10-$12/hour
