Campus Bloggers get a firsthand look at the new age publishing process for a nationally recognized site. There is a great opportunity for your work to be filtered through the eyes of thousands of college students nationwide. You will gain access and free entrance into any Campus Socialite Sponsored Event. Press passes into various popular festivals will be available to in exchange coverage of the events. Gain first-hand journalistic experience through interviewing and interacting with influential business professionals, artists, entertainers, and athletes.  Learn social media strategies that will help you to expose your personal brand alongside The Campus Socialite brand.

Program Features & Responsibilities
  You’ll undergo a brief training period where our very own Socialite Sensei will teach you all of the “how to’s” the “Dos and don’ts” and the “ins and outs” of writing with Socialite Swag
  Ideally you will be extremely web savvy, detail-oriented, energetic, efficient, and be an avid consumer of online media. 
  You’ll have excellent written communication skills and are more than capable of meeting deadlines for articles and assignments
  You should have a great Interest in creative writing, with a unique and edgy voice. 
  Completion of the semester long program will leave you with a great real-world experience to build your resume, and a portfolio of your finished works.   
What you’ll be writing about 
  After we spend some time getting to know each other, our site editors will work with you on selecting a specific beat, or topic to write about each week on the site. 
Skills you’ll pick up along the way
  How to use WordPress
  Creation of search engine friendly content (SEO Optimization): keyword targeting, keyword   density, SEO of timely and relevant news 
  Overall development of a personal brand 
  Utilizing social media platforms (Twitter, Facebook, Foursquare) to expand your personal brand and create value   
  Discovering and researching topics assigned, news on your campus
  The interview processes 
  Marketing articles to attain traffic to TheCampusSocialite.com
