Job Overview:
The Account Services internship at Jacobs Agency is an opportunity for the right candidate to gain exposure to all aspects of the ad agency environment, with a focus on client relations and project management. Our interns have real responsibilities working side-by-side with the Account Services team. And more often than not, we tend to hire them.

Job Description:
Jacobs Agency seeks a highly organized, incredibly motivated intern to help support the Account Services team. The Account Services intern will work closely with the team on the following:
• Managing and coordinating projects through the internal creative team
• Researching client industries, competitors and media vehicles for planning purposes
• Assisting with client presentations
• Helping manage Jacobs Agency PR initiatives
• Assisting with Jacobs Agency internal marketing initiatives
• Aiding in new business development
• Managing internal social media activities
• Agency learning lunch

Job Qualifications:
The Account Services team at Jacobs Agency takes pride in our abilities to be efficient and self-sufficient. We all wear a lot of hats, and expect the same from our interns.

Requirements include:
• Strong writing and proofreading skills
• Strong research instincts and abilities - familiarity with Lexis is a plus
• Strong verbal communication skills - must be articulate with clients, vendors and media partners
• Fastidiously detail-oriented and able to work independently
• Able to juggle multiple responsibilities
• Able to solve problems creatively
• Computer literate in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Google
• Positive attitude and willing to pitch in and help with any task
• Sense of humor
