Job Overview: The Creative Services Intern assists the Creative Services staff in the daily production and editing of training materials, prepare presentations, order training materials, conference preparations, proofing promotional copy and other various marketing and graphic design projects.

Job Description Requirements:

• Current junior or senior status student working on obtaining an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design or related field.
• Assist in daily production and editing of training materials, handouts and instructors guides.
• Prepare PowerPoint presentations.
• Order training materials through printer and communication with printer.
• Source photos to support concepts in training materials.
• Assist in conference preparations (printing collaterals, producing name tags, etc.)
• Assist with proofing promotional copy for collaterals.
• Support various marketing and graphic design projects.
• Perform administrative support duties as necessary.

Job Qualifications
Experience:
• Proficiency of InDesign software a must.
• Knowledge of Adobe CS programs as well (Illustrator and Photoshop).
• Desktop publishing skills with a keen eye for detail.

Any other special requirements necessary to do the job:
• Appropriate PC competence on various software programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communications skills with the ability to problem solve.
• 100% accuracy proofing skills are a plus.
• The ability to juggle multiple, time sensitive projects.
• Create brand-consist and error free material.
• Professionally interact with clients and coworkers to develop projects.
• Exceptional organizational skills.

Compensation & Benefits Paid internship.

Part-Time Schedule: Position hours are flexible, 15-20 hours per week depending on project work. Position is from May 2012 to May 2013 with the possibility to extend to September 2013.
