KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in establishing key performance indicators and benchmarks across web and social channels to accomplish objectives
- Help build advanced Google Analytics and social media reporting and dashboards, including the setting up of goals and funnels, site tracking audits, segmenting, monthly monitoring and analysis of areas to improve on
- Responsible for contributing to landing page and website funnel optimization campaigns, providing analysis, reporting and recommendations
- Aid team members in the creation and distribution of dashboards and reports to key stakeholders
EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION
- Studying toward a Bachelor or higher level university degree
- Passion for gaming and entertainment
- Interest/experience in web or social analytics
- Experience with Google Analytics, native social analytics
- Ability to track campaigns across multiple channels
- Understanding of A/B/n and multivariate testing
- Solid understanding of content and its role in today’s marketing strategies
SKILLS
- Attention to detail is a must
- Passion for digging deep into the data, finding nuggets of information, constructing the analysis, and deploying actionable tactics
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to articulate complex analysis to various stakeholders across the Global Marketing Organization
- Exceptional data analysis in Excel including ability to write macros
