POSITION: “MARKETING BRAND AMBASSADOR
• Field marketing managers act as the point persons for outside, inside and partner sales teams. In addition to organizing, coordinating and executing marketing campaigns and events, field marketing managers are responsible for tracking their market’s activity.? These marketing professionals “brand ambassadors” work closely with the vice president of marketing to create programs that will generate qualified leads that ultimately drive sales revenue. Field marketing managers “brand ambassadors” are responsible for gathering and reporting customer intelligence to their marketing director, and using market analysis to tailor future activities.? The role provides strategic and tactical support to continuously improve tracking and evaluation processes. Included in these responsibilities are creating and executing day-to-day management and marketing for Grass Root & Field Marketing Opportunities.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Lead Generation for new “registered users” for William Paid- Meet goals & quotas on a monthly basis• Prepares and types correspondence and reports.• Ensures competency of work• Attend all scheduled meetings, teleconferences and/or videoconferences.• Manage & create logistics/promotion for hosted special events and in-market lead-generation initiatives and campaigns• Provides Chief Marketing Officer with actionable recommendations on how to improve services of William Paid as well as how to improve customer service & communication channels.• Builds partnerships with other key operating and marketing areas to gather information & qualified leads and the seamless sharing of ideas that could be deployed to improve performance levels and/or customer service levels.• Distribute all William Paid brochures, information strategically.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
• Must have strong communication skills both verbal and written, as well as strong organizational skills.• Must be able to perform multiple tasks simultaneously.• Strong analytical skills and Advanced proficiency in Excel
