As a part of the Ben Barkin Scholarship Program, Mueller Communications, Inc. (MCI) is offering a $1,000 scholarship and paid internship during the summer of 2013.

We are seeking students who have demonstrated an interest in learning more about the communications and PR fields. The selected intern will have the opportunity to experience different aspects of the firm, such as marketing research, public affairs, media relations, crisis and corporate communications and community relations.

Responsibilities will include assisting account staff with client-related tasks including monitoring media coverage, drafting news releases, research, special event planning and marketing materials, and assisting the account support team with other administrative tasks as requested.
