This is a spring & summer internship opportunity working with the SOAR program.
The SOAR Advising Intern supports the academic advising functions of the SOAR program; it is a highly independent position that works with the daily logistics of the SOAR Advising office, program support, and Peer Advisor training. If you are interested in learning about how a large nonprofit like UW-Madison works within the systems in place on campus, trains student staff, communicates information to a wide internal audience, and more, this position could be a great fit for you!
This is a great opportunity for anyone interested in learning more about large-scale event planning, program logistics, operations management, staff training, community-building, leadership, and much more! In this position, you would also work as part of an intern team at the Center for the First-Year Experience that works to coordinate various aspects of the program.
Applications for this position close November 6th, so apply today!
